Job summary

The Early Education Program Inc is seeking a Service Coordinator Lead Teacher to guide an ECSE classroom and oversee IFSP implementation. This role emphasizes coaching, collaboration with families, and ensuring compliance with timelines.

You will work with Supervisors, therapists, and CARES staff to continuously improve classroom quality while managing workload with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Requires EI/ECSE Authorization or TSPC licensure in Oregon.
• Enrollment in the Oregon Central Background Registry.
• Oregon Registry Online Step 10 or higher.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• Experience implementing IFSPs and guiding classroom teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Child Development classroom with developmentally appropriate activities.
• Coach and supervise assistant teachers with regular feedback.
• Oversee IFSP implementation, reports, and timelines for all children.
• Foster strong family partnerships with regular updates and collaboration.
• Maintain classroom systems, documentation, attendance, and program compliance.
