Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Administrative endorsement or equivalent desired.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to plan, design and implement grant program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement a grant-based after school program following district/grant policies.
• Plan and design program in collaboration with administrative team.
• Engage staff to develop instructional and assessment practices tied to the school day and extended program.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff including scheduling and substitute coverage.
• Maintain student enrollment records, class schedules, and other documentation.
• Plan and market the program to students, parents, and community.
• Manage program logistics and reporting, including budgets and grant documentation.
