Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Administrative endorsement or equivalent preferred.
• Experience coordinating programs.
• Experience in education, recreation, and/or grant management.
• Experience working with community organizations.
• Experience in bilingual education.
• Current USD #116 employee.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement a grant-based after-school program.
• Assist administrative team in planning and communicating with stakeholders.
• Engage staff to link school-day curriculum with extended-day program.
• Outreach to students and families to promote the program.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff; plan schedules; arrange substitutes.
• Maintain enrollment records and class schedules; document appropriately.
• Collaborate with district partners to integrate program components.
• Promote and market program information to the community.
