Job summary

Quaboag Regional School District seeks a dedicated Before and After School Coordinator to lead the Beyond the Bell program and 21st CCLC initiatives. This full-time role reports to Building Principals with financial reporting to the Director of Finance.

The position oversees enrollment, staff scheduling, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with families, principals, and community partners to support student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or closely related field is highly preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing before/after school programs or grant-funded education programs.
• Experience navigating 21st CCLC grant requirements and federal data reporting is desirable.
• Statewide background checks including fingerprinting, CORI/SORI, are required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred; childcare director credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Beyond the Bell program daily operations at Warren Community Elementary and budget oversight.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal health, safety, and grant requirements.
• Schedule staff across sites to maintain proper student-to-staff ratios.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring program staff and certified educators when needed.
• Manage enrollment, applications, and communications with families and schools.
• Coordinate with district administration and community partners to support student success.
• Supervise Site Coordinators and evaluate program quality and compliance.
• Monitor data for attendance, enrollment, and state surveys for 21st CCLC funding.
• Lead professional development and grant meetings as required.
