Job summary

Columbia University is seeking a Grand Rounds Coordinator in the Department of Psychiatry's Division of Psychiatric Education. Responsibilities

• Coordinate speaker recruitment, invitations, and all related logistics.
• Manage Grand Rounds calendar and weekly scheduling with department leadership.
• Maintain CME forms, attendance sheets, and program records for accreditation.
• Coordinate catering, AV/logistics, and on-site hospitality within budget.
• Collaborate with IT and communications teams to promote Grand Rounds events.
