Stanford University School of Medicine seeks a Grand Rounds Administrator to plan and execute department events, including seminars, conferences, and alumni functions. You will oversee logistics, registrations, speaker coordination, CME documentation, vendor contracts, recordings, and budget tracking for large and small events across the medical education portfolio.

Responsabilités

• Design, plan, and coordinate customized events and programs.
• Select vendors and services aligned with stakeholder needs and budgets.
• Collaborate with the events team on logistics, facilities, and budget allocation.
• Manage registration accounting, reports, and final summaries.
• Coordinate speakers, CME documentation, and evaluations for events.
