Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Operations Associate to support DDGS loadout, inspection and general facility activities at our Denison ethanol operations. You will probe trucks, run grain handling equipment and enter shipment data while providing good service to drivers.

This role requires physical endurance, willingness to work outdoors, and the ability to operate mobile equipment and move railcars safely. High school diploma and basic data entry skills preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Previous grain operations experience preferred.
• Ability to operate mobile equipment and a valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection activities such as probing trucks.
• Operate grain handling and receiving equipment and enter shipment details.
• Monitor equipment and processes; resolve or escalate issues as needed.
• Move railcars and operate various types of mobile equipment.
• Assist with general housekeeping and safe operations.
