Job summary

CHS Inc. is hiring a Grain Operations Specialist in Ruthton, MN to support grain handling and distribution for local customers and communities.

You will help prepare trucks and railcars, operate loaders and conveyors, and ensure safe, efficient loading and unloading of agricultural inputs. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, following safety regulations, assisting with stock quality, and delivering products to customer sites while keeping work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently under supervision.
• Develop knowledge of commodities handled at location and comply with policies and regulations.
• Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading and attach/detach hoses as needed.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars/trucks using machinery.
• Control and monitor all load out functions and operate scale/dump systems.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks and inspect equipment for leaks.
