Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist to join the St Paul, MN location. You will operate equipment to process grain and fertilizer, and load/unload rail cars and barges on a Monday-Friday daytime schedule with some variability.

Responsibilities include preparing trucks and railcars, maintaining equipment, ensuring safety, quality inventory, and delivering products to customer sites. The role requires physical capability and forklift/loader operation, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds as part of daily duties.
• 1+ years of experience in Operations or Business Operations.
• Ability to operate loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
• CDL license or Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Agriculture experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars, barges, and trucks.
• Maintain quality and inventory control of materials.
• Perform grounds maintenance and warehouse duties as needed.
