Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities under supervision.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled at the location.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and connecting hoses.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and trucks using heavy or light machinery.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, monitor quality of inventory, and ensure safe work areas.
• Deliver products to customer sites and assist with warehouse duties as needed.
