Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• At least 1 year of experience in Operations or Business Operations.
• Ability to operate loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled and comply with policies/regulations.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading; sample and connect hoses as needed.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery; manage bulk or packaged material.
• Control and monitor load-out functions and operate automated scale/dump systems.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks; inspect equipment for leaks.
• Maintain inventory quality and area cleanliness; report safety concerns to supervisor.
• Support grounds maintenance and housekeeping; promote safety culture.
• Perform other duties to ensure smooth facility operations and excellent customer service.
