Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in operations or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities under supervision.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading and handle samples as needed.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars or trucks using heavy or light machinery.
• Maintain inventory quality and conduct regular housekeeping and safety practices.
• Report safety concerns and participate in a strong safety culture.
