Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• Ability to operate loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload grain, agronomy, and feed products.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling.
• Deliver products to customer sites.
• Maintain inventory quality and conduct regular maintenance.
• Keep work areas clean and safe and report safety concerns.
• Follow company policies and safety requirements.
