Job summary

CHS Dakota Plains Ag is seeking a Grain Operations Specialist to manage daily grain handling operations, load/unload trucks and railcars, and maintain quality across shipments. You will operate loaders and conveyors, assist with maintenance, and ensure safe, efficient loading processes in a fast-paced facility.

The role supports customer service excellence, delivers to customer sites, and requires adherence to safety policies while promoting a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• Ability to operate loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Agriculture experience preferred, forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload grain through facility operations.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
• Operate equipment such as loaders and conveyors; monitor grain quality.
• Deliver products to customer sites and coordinate logistics.
• Keep work areas clean and follow safety policies.
