Job summary

You will weigh, grade, and document inbound and outbound grain, operate loading equipment, and maintain compliance with safety and environmental policies.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the facility manager, assisting in customer interactions, and helping implement safety programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to understand and comply with safety policies and practices.

• Effective communication with grain customers.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and grade both inbound and outbound grain and grain products, ensuring compliance with SFD specs.
• Operate loading/unloading equipment to ship or receive grain products.
• Inspect grain facilities daily and ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Assist in scheduling logistics and manage inventories to maximize profitability.
• Communicate with customers daily and support environmental compliance.
