Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• Ability to understand safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and grade inbound and outbound grain to meet specifications.
• Prepare scale receipts and enter deliveries into database.
• Operate loading/unloading equipment for shipping/receiving grain.
• Inspect grain facilities daily for equipment and grain condition.
• Assist in scheduling logistics with the facility manager.
• Maintain inventories and track grain movements and blending.
• Identify problems and work with manager to implement solutions.
• Interact with customers daily.
• Support safety programs and comply with environmental laws.
• Review emergency notification policy at the work site.
