Responsibilities

• Weigh and grade inbound and outbound grain and grain products to meet specifications.
• Prepare scale receipts and enter deliveries into the database.
• Operate loading/unloading equipment to ship or receive grain products.
• Inspect grain facilities daily to ensure equipment correctness for stored grains.
• Assist in scheduling logistics for inbound and outbound grain.
• Maintain inventories to optimize profitability and grain movements.
• Identify problems and work with the facility manager to implement solutions.
• Interact with customers daily in a professional manner.
• Support safety programs and environmental compliance at the site.
• Review and follow the company emergency notification process.
