• Operate loading/unloading equipment to ship/receive grain.
• Inspect grain facilities to ensure condition of stored grains.
• Assist in scheduling logistics for inbound/outbound grain.
• Maintain inventories to maximize profitability including grain movements.
• Identify problems and work with facility manager on solutions.
• Deal with customers daily.
• Assist in implementing safety programs and environmental policies.
