Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma, GED or related experience equivalent.
• Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
• Ability to work from heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate grain handling equipment (conveyors, augers, elevators) to move grain.
• Load, unload, and transport grain from trucks, trailers, and trains.
• Ensure proper storage to maintain quality and prevent spoilage.
• Inspect grain for quality and remove foreign material.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide service.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and area.
• Follow safety protocols per EHS, OSHA, and DOT guidelines.
