Job summary

FS Grain, LLC in Harmon, IL is seeking a Full Time Grain Operator to support elevator operations, grain handling, quality control, safety compliance, and maintenance at the facility.

You will receive, store, blend, and ship grain, operate the drying system, and provide customer service while adhering to safety rules. A high school diploma and willingness to work on-site and on-call as needed are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in agriculture, grain handling, or related field preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with equipment maintenance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform grain handling duties: receiving, storing, conditioning, blending, and loading outbound shipments.
• Monitor and maintain grain quality, assist with blending decisions and grain drying operations.
• Operate and support grain drying system for efficient and safe operation.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and ensure safety compliance with all regulations.
• Communicate equipment or operational concerns to Location Manager as needed.
