Job summary

Total Grain Marketing is hiring for a general labor role supporting grain handling operations in IL. You will operate conveyors, augers, and elevators; load, unload, and transport grain; ensure proper storage and quality; and assist with safe, timely deliveries.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to work outdoors in variable weather, and perform duties with strong safety awareness and customer service. Extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate grain handling equipment (conveyors, augers, elevators) to move grain.
• Load, unload and transport grain from trucks, trailers, and trains.
• Ensure proper storage to maintain quality and prevent spoilage.
• Inspect grain for quality and remove damaged kernels.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate gear.
• Provide good customer service and assist with shipments.
