Total Grain Marketing in Newton, IL is seeking a labor associate to support grain handling operations. You will operate conveyors, augers, and elevators to move grain and ensure proper storage and quality control across multiple stages of handling.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and dependable customer service, with the need to work extended hours and outdoors in various weather conditions. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate grain handling equipment to move grains throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, and transport grain from trucks, trailers and trains.
• Ensure proper storage of grains to maintain quality and prevent spoilage.
• Inspect grain for quality and remove foreign objects or damaged grain.
• Assist with loading grains for shipment to customers or processing plants.
