Job summary

Total Grain Marketing is seeking a hardworking general laborer for grain handling and related tasks at our IL facility. You will operate conveyors, load and unload grain, maintain storage quality, and provide customer service while following safety protocols.

The role requires the ability to work in various weather conditions, extended hours, and a high school diploma or GED; competitive pay ranges from $16 to $20 per hour plus benefits. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Operate grain handling equipment to move grains throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, and transport grain from trucks, trailers and trains.
• Ensure proper storage of grains to maintain quality and prevent spoilage or contamination.
• Inspect grain for quality and remove foreign objects or damaged grains.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required safety gear.
