Job summary

Total Grain Marketing in Cadwell, IL is seeking a general labor associate to support grain handling operations. You will operate conveyors, load and unload grain from trucks and trains, and help ensure quality storage and timely delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate grain handling equipment, such as conveyors, augers, and elevators.
• Load, unload, and transport various types of grain from trucks, trailers and trains.
• Ensure proper storage of grains in elevators, silos, or bins to maintain quality.
• Inspect grain for quality and remove foreign objects or damaged grains.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent service.
• Assist with loading grains for shipment to customers or processing plants.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required safety gear.
