Job summary

The Equity, an independent ag cooperative, seeks an Elevator Operator for our Snyder grain facility. You will assist with receiving, grading, conditioning, drying, storing, blending and loading grain while upholding safety and regulatory requirements.

You’ll work closely with the Grain Superintendent to maintain quality and inventory and support customer service. Role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, ability to work with management and customers, and a self-motivated,

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Demonstrates the ability to interact effectively with management and customers
• Self-motivating personality and team-building skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Follow all personnel and safety policies
• Maintain a strong safety culture and follow policies
• Assist with receiving, grading, conditioning, drying, storing, blending, and loading grain
• Be knowledgeable of governmental regulations concerning OSHA, EPA, and grain handling
• Assist customers in a prompt, efficient, and courteous manner
• Communicate grain stock and storage space to supervisor
• Perform tasks contributing to customer service and facility maintenance
