The Equity, an independent ag cooperative, seeks an Elevator Operator for our Snyder grain facility. You will assist with receiving, grading, conditioning, drying, storing, blending and loading grain while upholding safety and regulatory requirements.

The Elevator Operator assists with the daily operation of the grain facility, including receiving, grading, conditioning, drying, storing, blending, and loading grain. Working closely with the Grain Superintendent, this position helps maintain grain quality, monitor inventory and storage capacity, and ensure efficient facility operations. The Elevator Operator is committed to safety, provides prompt and courteous service to customers, supports facility maintenance efforts, and follows all company policies and regulatory requirements related to grain handling and storage.

Grain Superintendent
$17 - $24 per hour
All safety equipment provided by the company. The employee will work both inside and outside with mechanical equipment and occasionally climbing and working in high places.
