Job summary

Responsibilities include equipment operation where applicable, routine housekeeping, and assisting with maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with no mandatory experience but a dependable work record preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior experience required; 1 year in industrial environment preferred.
• Strong math, communication, documentation and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Safety Program and attend pre-shift meetings.
• Transfer, load and move grain to the appropriate location.
• Maintain grain quality during storage or transfer.
• Weigh trucks and grade grain where applicable.
• Perform general housekeeping and assist with maintenance.
• Operate heavy equipment where applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.
