Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a general worker to unload bulk grain from trucks at one of our facilities. You will participate in safety programs and support daily operations including transfer, weighing, and documentation to ensure grain quality.

Excellent candidates will have basic math and strong communication skills, the ability to work with heavy equipment, and a willingness to work outdoors in varied conditions. Training is provided and safety is prioritized.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; experience not required.
• Preferred: 1 year in an industrial environment with dependable work record.
• Must be able to perform basic math and communicate clearly with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Unload and transfer grain from trucks and move to appropriate locations.
• Maintain grain quality during storage and transfer operations.
• Operate a variety of heavy equipment as needed.
• Record weighing, grading and documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in safety program and follow OSHA and company rules.
• Perform general housekeeping and basic preventative maintenance.
