Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a general labor position at a grain loading/unloading facility. You will work outdoors, transfer and move grain, and operate equipment as needed while following safety protocols.

Preferred candidates have some industrial experience and can perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and extended hours. OSHA and PPE practices are emphasized, with focus on quality control and documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 1 year of industrial environment experience.
• Diverse knowledge including math, safety, documentation, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Safety Program and attend pre-shift meetings.
• Transfer, load and move grain; operate and maintain equipment as needed.
• Perform duties to ensure accuracy in weighing and grading grain; complete documentation on time.
• Perform general cleaning and routine maintenance; assist with repairs as required.
• Handle various facility tasks such as loading/unloading, and working with heavy equipment as needed.
