Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Weigh and grade inbound and outbound grain and grain products to meet Smithfield specifications.
• Operate loading/unloading equipment to ship or receive grain products.
• Inspect grain facilities daily to ensure proper equipment condition.
• Help schedule logistics for inbound and outbound grain.
• Maintain inventories to maximize profitability including grain movements and blending.
• Identify problems or improvements and collaborate with the facility manager.
• Interact with customers daily and provide service.
• Assist in implementing safety programs as directed by Smithfield.
• Comply with environmental laws and report issues to supervisor.
