Job summary

Bartlett in Council Bluffs, IA is hiring a Grain Elevator Operator for the 3rd shift (11pm–7am). You will handle grain receiving, storage, drying, blending, and loading, and maintain clean, safe facilities and equipment for you and teammates.

This role is cross-trained to perform a variety of tasks with overtime and weekend work as needed. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, profit sharing, and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

The Basics

Location: Council Bluffs, IA

Compensation: $23.00/hr and up

Days/Hours: This job will be 3rd shift, 11pm to 7am, Monday thru Friday with overtime as needed, including weekends.

Equipment Used: Various grain handling equipment, mainly conveyors and legs

Material Handled: Bulk commodities: wheat, corn, soybeans, etc

What You’ll Be Doing

The duties of this hands-on job will include grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading of grain; monitoring stored grain condition; and maintaining and cleaning grain facilities and equipment to provide a safe environment for you and fellow Team Members. Grain Elevator Operators will be cross-trained to perform a variety of tasks.
