Job summary

Smithfield Grain is seeking a Grain Loader/Operator to tend, operate and oversee all areas within the elevator and office. You will grade grain, manage grading procedures, and coordinate with trucks and procurement for inbound and outbound contracts.

The role requires strong safety awareness, ability to work extended hours during harvest, and effective communication with customers. You will maintain inventories, monitor grain movements, and support the facility manager in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Grain experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow safety policies.
