Acceleration Academies is seeking a Graduation Candidate Advocate to help re-engage students and guide them toward earning a high school diploma. The role focuses on mentoring, academic and non-academic support, and removing barriers to attendance.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates or early-career professionals in education or student services, with strong relationship-building and communication skills and comfort with technology-enabled learning tools.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
• 0–2 years in educational support, case management, or related work.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills; ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with registration and enrollment for new students.
• Support during student orientation to set up early success.
• Act as case manager for attendance and retention within a cohort.
• Conduct outreach and recruitment to re-engage students and support pathways.
• Collaborate with student support teams to monitor progress and implement transition plans.
