Acceleration Academies is seeking a Graduation Candidate Advocate to support students on the path to high school graduation. The role emphasizes relationship-building, tutoring, and mentorship within a supportive academy environment.

You will manage enrollment, assist with orientation, monitor attendance, and coordinate with the student support team to ensure pathways to success and re-engagement. A strong communicator who believes in nontraditional education is a fit.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent education/experience in youth mentorship or case management.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in educational support or case management.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with registration and enrollment for new students.
• Support during student orientation to set up success.
• Act as case manager for attendance and retention within a cohort.
• Lead outreach and problem-solving to remove barriers to engagement.
• Collaborate with student support teams to track learning paths and interventions.
