University of Texas at Dallas is seeking a Graduation Specialist III to perform in-depth examination and analysis of student records and provide technical and academic customer service related to the graduation process.

Responsibilities include evaluating transfer credits, calculating GPA, ensuring data integrity, and supporting commencement activities, with a hybrid work schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience; equivalent combination may be considered.
• Detail-oriented with ability to analyze, interpret and prioritize information to make informed decisions.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to perform accurate calculations from raw data and draw conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate student transfer credits, apply policy to determine eligibility and enter data into the student record system.
• Calculate transfer admission GPA and record accurately.
• Examine coursework records and analyze progression to degree certification.
• Update student information system through routine data entry and maintain data integrity.
• Lead during commencement planning and execution.
• Troubleshoot academic questions regarding records via multiple channels.
• Participate in events related to grading, registration, orientation and recruiting.
• Assist with filing, reception, call center, and scanning as needed.
