Job summary

Fospha is seeking an entry-level Technical Account Management professional in Austin to drive client onboarding speed, handle post-go-live setup changes, and query client data with SQL. You’ll learn the product, spot risks early, and build strong client relationships while collaborating across teams.

You’ll experiment with Gen AI tooling to improve efficiency and ensure client success, renewals, and satisfaction in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Curious and proactive — you ask why and seek answers.
• STEM or Economics degree or equivalent analytical background.
• Motivated by solving problems methodically, not just ticking boxes.
• Comfortable communicating with clients; confident written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding speed and quality for clients.
• Manage post-go-live implementation requests.
• Query client data using SQL to solve problems.
• Assess, configure, and troubleshoot client account setups.
• Spot risks early to protect adoption and renewal.
• Build real relationships with clients via regular calls.
• Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Partnerships, Marketing Science and Product.
