Job summary

Fospha, Austin-based, is seeking a Graduate - Entry Level to join its Customer Intelligence team. You’ll work across live customer accounts, becoming the trusted expert in insight, data quality, and model outcomes from day one.

You will learn to turn data into actionable recommendations, guiding marketing decisions and helping clients become experts in Fospha's platform, with exposure to Gen AI tooling and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Curious and proactive — you ask ''why'' and go find the answer.
• A STEM or Economics graduate (or equivalent analytical background).
• Motivated by solving problems methodically, not just ticking boxes.
• A confident communicator, both written and verbal.
• Interest in learning SQL.
• Someone who builds trust easily, with clients and colleagues alike.
• Excel‑proficient and not afraid of data.
• Organised enough to juggle multiple client priorities without dropping the ball.
• Genuinely excited about where AI and emerging tech are taking this industry.

Responsibilities

• Join the Customer Intelligence Team and work across customer accounts, becoming a trusted expert in the insight, model, and data quality behind them.
• Be responsible for the customer outcomes your team owns — driving action on insight, trust in the model, and confidence in data quality.
• Build deep expertise in your specialism and turn data into clear recommendations, building trust in our methodology and keeping data accurate and flowing.
• Be confident and effective in customer‑facing moments relevant to your team, building credibility with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and other specialist teams, feeding customer insight back to Product, and keeping everyone aligned with progress updates.
