Job summary

Fospha in Austin, TX is seeking an entry-level Customer Intelligence graduate to join the team. You will work across live client accounts, turning data into actionable insights and guiding marketers on budgeting decisions.

You’ll learn to build trust in data quality and the Fospha methodology while collaborating with Account Managers and cross-functional teams. You’ll gain hands-on experience with live data, AI-enabled tooling, and a fast-growing platform, supported by a structured early-careers

Qualifications

• STEM or Economics graduate required.
• Curious, proactive mindset with eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Join the Customer Intelligence Team and work across live customer accounts.
• Be the trusted expert in insights, models and data quality behind client outcomes.
• Drive action on insight and data quality, contributing to customer retention with Account Managers.
• Develop deep expertise and turn data into clear recommendations for customers.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and other teams, feeding insights back to Product.
