Job summary

Cemex US is seeking driven recent graduates to join our Talent Development Program (TDP). This 12-month rotation across Ready-Mix operations provides hands-on experience and a clear view of our business, preparing you for a successful career with Cemex USA.

As a Talent Development Professional, you’ll rotate through Safety, Plant Management, Fleet Maintenance, Quality Control, Customer Service, Dispatch, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CIM/Construction Management/Engineering or related field.
• GPA 2.5+ with preference for 3.0+.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S. if needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12‑month Talent Development Program with rotations across Ready‑Mix operations.
• Engage in Safety, Plant Management, Fleet Maintenance, and other rotations to learn operations.
• Develop leadership, technical, and soft skills through hands-on projects and mentorship.
