Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s degree in CIM, Construction Science Management/Construction Management, Business Admin/Business Management, Mechanical Engineer, Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S. if needed.
• Leadership and proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Rotational program across Ready-Mix operations including Safety, Plant Management & Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Quality Control & Project Coordination, Customer Service/Sales, Dispatch, Environmental, and Human Resources.
• Engage in hands-on projects and mentorship to build leadership and technical skills.
• Develop transferable soft skills and professional network within Cemex.
