Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is launching an Associate Sales Engineer Graduate program designed to train early-career professionals for technical sales roles in the United States. The program is onsite in Durham, North Carolina, with a focus on pre-sales, networking, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Up to 2 years in sales engineering, network operations, technical support, customer service or related area.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend onsite and remote customer presentations and engagements.
• Assist with lab proof-of-concept configurations based on defined test plans.
• Support solution demonstrations and technical discussions.
• Prepare technical responses to customer proposals and questions.
• Develop product knowledge across Juniper Networks and Aruba Networking technologies.
• Learn customer requirements and help develop solutions aligned with business needs.
