Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is offering a Graduate Development Program in Sales, designed as onsite with an expectation to work from an HPE office. After completion of a 12-16 week program, you will move into a Sales Development Representative role.

The program targets new graduates within 12 months of the start date and emphasizes building a sales pipeline, account planning, and collaboration with Inside Sales teams. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field (preferably IT/ Sales).
• 0-1 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Target start date within 12 months of target start date (2/8/2027 or 7/6/2027).

Responsibilities

• Sells standard solutions for a portion of assigned accounts based on defined plans.
• Creates account plan for low to medium complexity accounts.
• May generate and qualify leads to be passed to Inside Sales.
• Builds targeted sales pipeline.
