Job summary

Donaldson is seeking an Operations Development Specialist as part of its three-year rotational program across U.S. manufacturing sites.

This role develops leaders in manufacturing operations, engineering or supply chain, with yearly rotations, relocation support, and a path to leadership positions. Graduates gain hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain while building a professional network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering, business, or related field.
• 3.0 GPA upon graduation.
• Must rotate every year to a new U.S. location and be mobile for at least three years.
• Must be a U.S. person eligible to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate annually to a new U.S. location across manufacturing sites.
• Lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost using lean principles.
