Job summary

Good Shepherd Rehabilitation in Center Valley, PA is seeking a graduate nurse (RN) to promote and restore patients' health by applying the nursing process. The role requires enrollment in an RN program with graduation in Spring/Summer 2027 and practice under the supervision of an experienced RN.

The nurse will work night shifts (12-hour) 7:00pm–7:30am, with weekend assignments and EOH as needed, in a state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation setting. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Graduate nurse must register and complete the state board examination within 90 days from start date.
• New graduate program participation may be required.
• Current PA temporary practice permit required

Responsibilities

• Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Provides physical and psychological support to patients, families, and friends.
• Practices under supervision of an experienced RN in the unit or area where the graduate nurse is practicing.
