Job summary

Lewis University in Romeoville, IL seeks a part-time Residence Life Coordinator who is currently enrolled in a Lewis graduate program. The RLC lives on campus and assists in the administration and development of the Residence Life program under the supervision of a full-time staff member.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Enrollment and satisfactory progress in one Lewis University graduate program.
• Position requires living on campus.

Responsibilities

• Model the University Mission and support Lasallian higher education.
• Lead collaborative efforts to create a positive living and learning environment.
• Design, develop, review and implement Residence Life programs and services.
• Supervise Resident Assistants and provide mentoring.
• Perform judicial duties as necessary.
• Plan campus-wide educational and social programming for community strength.
• Attend visits and represent the department as assigned.
