Qualifications

• Currently enrolled graduate student at Lewis University.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Interest in continuing education, workforce development and higher education innovation.
• Willingness to learn AI tools and digital productivity platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Experience with social media, content creation, project coordination, or marketing support preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) or workflow automation platforms is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and contribute proactively in a collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Model the University Mission through service and collaboration.
• Support administrative and operational processes for continuing education and workforce development programs.
• Assist enrollment tracking, learner communication and program coordination.
• Maintain records, trackers, SOPs and shared documentation.
• Coordinate workshops, webinars, micro-credential initiatives and community events.
• Assist data collection and reporting on participation and engagement.
• Develop marketing content and support digital engagement.
• Support AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and learner support.
• Explore automation tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Make.com, Zapier.
