Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate undergraduate staff with ongoing performance appraisals.
• Provide leadership through conferences, staff meetings and development programs.
• Assist with check-in, hall openings/closings, and staff recruitment/training.
• Serve as liaison with Campus Safety and other offices.
• Act as on-call crisis responder and support incident response.
• Maintain administrative tasks for the Residence Life Office.
