Job summary

Trinity College in Hartford, CT is seeking a Residential Learning Coordinator to oversee multiple residential communities within the college housing system. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of designated residential communities, partnering with facilities and campus staff.
• Participate in on-call rotations and crisis response as needed.
• Implement and assess the Residential Curriculum to engage students with campus resources.
• Supervise Resident Staff and manage program budgets.
• Collaborate to provide holistic programs and support services; oversee social media and communications.
