Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, IT/Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Supply Chain or International Business.
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field.
• Based in Herndon, VA and able to travel for some long term assignments to other US locations.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment and drive future innovation.

Responsibilities

• PMI HRBP/HR Digital projects: data migration, HRIS integration, data auditing, and compliance with state laws.
• Finance projects: support quarterly reporting and budgeting for OpEx.
• PMI leadership projects: governance, tracking, and data reports for PMI projects.
