Qualifications

• A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering or similar field.
• 0-3 years of professional experience in Engineering or Manufacturing Operations.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team and drive innovation.
• Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvements in the Manufacturing Engineering ecosystem.
• Assist daily ME operations including work order management and shop-floor support.
• Gain proficiency in Airbus manufacturing systems such as SAP MES and document control.
• Learn engineering principles in a manufacturing setting and interact with colleagues on the shop floor and in offices.
• Participate in rotational placements across manufacturing and related departments.
